Dennis Bruce

Mentor at 22TechA native of Boston, MA, Dennis Bruce is an internationally trained and experienced technology executive with a proven history assisting technology and tech-enabled companies undergoing transformations such as start-ups, privatizations, turn-arounds, M&A and international expansion. He has extensive international experience having lived for nearly 20 years Europe and South America, and continues to be very active in the global technology sector. He has been a trusted business and technology advisor to senior executives for International companies in Retail, Transportation, Information Technology, Information Management and Telecommunications. Dennis is a founding member of the Independent Business Advisors of North America (IBANA) and is actively involved in local technology organizations such as the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), where is on the Board of the DevOps and Transportation Tech Societies, and the Atlanta Technology Professionals (ATP).

Since 1992, Dennis has built and led technology teams based in Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Uruguay to help create and deliver business solutions regionally and globally for the software product, IT, telecommunications, transport, retail, property management sectors. Today his company, Tangonet Solutions, continues to lead Argentina-based technology teams, providing near-shore services and technology strategy development in the US and European technology markets.

In addition to his work in the private and public sectors, he has an extensive network of business executives (local and global) and strong relations with global trade and development organizations. He is a firm believer in open networking and connecting professionals and business executives to create synergies and relationships that benefit all parties.

As a Mentor and Business Advisor, Dennis provides open-minded, objective feedback to business executives, with extensive knowledge of the global technology marketplace and proven skills in the areas of Marketing, Team-building, International Business Development as well as “in the trenches” experience to help companies uncover opportunities and risks and how to navigate through them.

Dennis has been a guest speaker at technology conferences in the Americas and has published several articles on Technology, Risk, Outsourcing and Latam Markets. He speaks both Spanish and French fluently.
